Browser Explanation

This web site was built and is managed using FrontPage 2002.  The features are displayed best when using Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser.  I have looked at the site using Netscape's browser and some of the items appear a little hokie.

You can tell right away whether you're seeing the features --- right under the words HOMEPAGE there is a banner that is scrolling across the screen from left to right.   If you see static text instead (ie. text that isn't moving), then your browser isn't taking advantage of Microsoft's active elements.   Sorry, but I don't know what else you can do except add a copy of their browser to your PC and then log back into this site. (I am removing all of the elements that don't seem to be supported by both browsers.)  (Editor's Note:  I've since removed this banner, but I may insert it again)

You can get Microsoft's IE for free by clicking on this button --> ie_anima.gif (8609 bytes)
(there's also a lot of other FREE stuff at this site)

I'm not trying to "push" Microsoft's products (and I don't own their stock), but I did want to make you aware that you may not be seeing all that there is to see at this site without it.    Thanks.
